Great opportunity to join our HR Team if you are a confident, self-motivated, proactive leader, innovator and quick learner with subject matter expertise, ability to motivate team members, exceptional project management skills, excellent interpersonal and advanced oral and written communication skills as well as an expertise in Excel. Report directly to Vice President of Human Resources & Professional Development who is a member of the Administrative Management Team along with CEO & President, COO as well as CFO.
Must have a command of HR Core Services and expertise in day-to-day: Benefits Administration including enrollments, reconciliations and claims as well as experience in outsourcing benefits administration for increased efficiency and effectiveness; Federal and State Compliance including OSHA, DIA, Workers Compensation, EEO, FMLA, OIG; Employee Relations; ability to support Professional Development Manager and Employment Specialist.
Requires Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience.
