Culinary Concepts Hospitality Group (CCHG) is a New York City-based restaurant management group which operates and licenses internationally-acclaimed restaurant brands such as Spice Market, J&G Steakhouse, Market, and J&G Grill, each of which was created by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Additionally, CCHG has several concepts in various stages of development to be launched within the next two years. Job Description

Starwood is seeking a Beverage Director to direct and organize the Beverage Department in order to maintain high standards of quality, service and purchasing to maximize profits. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the selection, hiring, training and development of team members, oversight of departmental administration, and assist in implementation of effective control of purchasing, inventory and labor costs. Lead the selection, costing and pricing beer, wine, liquor, NA beverage lists and manage seasonal changes and promotional opportunities. This position will ensure that all mandated training programs are implemented as well as full compliance with corporate purchasing procedures.

Requirements

  • Fine Dining Service, Bartending experience ,
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about Beer, Wine, and Spirits
  • Strong beverage knowledge required
  • Sommelier certifications preferred.
