Collinson Lifestyle Benefits, a creator and manager of travel clubs and services for the international traveler, is seeking a Client Operations Administrator for the Priority Pass, Inc. office in Plano, TX.
Looking to enhance operations in our Plano, TX office, we want to hire the right individual to take on the responsibility of providing operational support to the Regional Account Manager and the Global Operations Team who look after a key client in the global financial institution sector. This will include ensuring that testing, as well as new and incremental orders are processed and administered efficiently and effectively according to established processes and recorded appropriately. The candidate will also assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operational support of existing programs and coordinating operational set-up and implementation of new accounts and programs. This role would ideally suit someone who is process and detail oriented, with experience in administering client accounts and looking to develop their skills within an Operations Department. Following established procedures, manage assigned client's day-to-day operational activities within contractual terms and standard service agreements
Responsible for detail oriented tasks that include setting up and maintaining client programs, as well as testing and fulfilling new and renewal orders.
Provide operational administrative support to the Regional Account Manager and Global Operations Team as required.
Adhering to our processes, coordinate the on-boarding of new associate and wholesale programs by setting up the appropriate details in the back office system, ensuring client requirements are met in accordance with the agreements, performing end-to-end tests prior to implementing a new program and distributing the applicable internal client information sheets.
Following protocol, handle the disputes that come in from clients to ensure they are logged, processed and resolved within set time scales.
Operate business systems to support client needs and enable the smooth running of the Accounts Team.
Maintain close involvement and positive relationships with team members, internal regional and global partners, clients and third party partners.
Responsible for the review and creation of Spanish language program information and marketing materials.
