Answer all inbound calls from customers within established service levels
  • Make sales calls
  • Up sell any current customers with new products
  • Document all interactions with customers via their account to maintain accurate records
  • Provide first level support to VIP customers
  • Escalate customer issue to proper group when needed and document specific information via Trouble ticket
  • Provide timely resolution to customer either through first call resolution or escalating to appropriate group
  • Communicate common trends or issues identified to management immediately
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service, technical troubleshooting and analytical thinking via the telephone or email
    • Ability to multi- task within a number of different systems
    • Knowledge of basic telephone and/or network/internet protocol is helpful
    • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
    • Ability to work on nights/weekends and some holidays
    • Desire to learn more about evolving technology
    • Experience in call center environment
    • Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word
    • Computer literate
    • Excellent typing skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Bilingual applicants strongly needed and will receive additional compensation
