Understand license and products offered by Bigstock in order to determine the best solution for customers and guide contributors.
Patiently assist customers with varying technical skills.
Multitask in a fast paced and high volume environment.
Recognize opportunities to collect feedback from customers and make recommendations to improve products and services.
Interact with the rest of the Bigstock team, exchanging ideas and being flexible to achieve the overall success of the business.
Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Portuguese and English languages
Ability to write in Portuguese and English without grammatical or spelling errors
Willingness to go above and beyond and be flexible in a start-up style environment.
Strong desire to help others and ability to empathize.
Command of spoken and written English (grammar, spelling, style).
Mastery of use of PC and/or Mac.
Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in any of the following languages is a plus: Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian, French, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin, Turkish, Korean, Polish
Experience and/or interest in the field of Photography, visual arts, etc.
Knowledge of typical stock photography licensing terms (such as royalty free vs. rights managed, etc).
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
