Utilize multiple GDS' to service the American Express network of corporate clients. Provide accurate air, car, hotel, rail and limo reservations to travelers around the world. Provide outstanding customer service to those travelers that assist in strengthening the business relationship with that account.

Must be flexible to work different shifts. Previous airline GDS experience is required and multpiple GDS experience preferred. A minimum of 2 years airlines or travel experience. Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and drive overall customer satisfaction. Ability to work under pressure and handle change well. Previous call center experience a plus. Flexibility in changing priorities is required. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Shift premiums are paid for the night and weekend schedules.

This department is open 24/7.

Qualifications

Our Travel Counselors must:

**Must be Bilingual in English and German**
- Have a passion to serve their clients and surpass their expectations
- Provide peace of mind to traveler’s through communicating with confidence, making the individual feel like you have their best interest at heart and showing sensitivity/empathy to their situation
- Posses exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively and clearly articulate with traveler’s in a wide array of situations
- Have the ability to communicate with confidence and create a credible impression to our clients
- Possess effective listening skills with the ability to determine root cause quickly, check for shared understanding and address misunderstandings promptly
- Use knowledge and all available resources, including tools and peer network, to effectively, thoroughly and sometimes creatively, resolve traveler’s issue
- Be comfortable in dealing with situations that are highly complex and may involve numerous traveler’s
- Thrive in and operate at the highest level of proficiency in crisis situations that impact thousands of traveler’s
- Always operate with a sense of urgency and convey that to the traveler with their actions
- Be highly productive in a self-directed work environment
- Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative with a strong commitment to personal goals, objectives and work ethic
- Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously including listening and talking with customers, typing and referencing on-line information

Axcess@Home Requirements:
- Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing travel counselor duties
- Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
- Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
- Axcess@Home Agent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment
- High speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISP’s are permitted)
- Dedicated and separate analog landline phone for training and production calls (no VOIP – voice over internet protocol)
