Recruit, hire and retain qualified job candidates/employees (Most recruits are production/crew positions)
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation plan including incentives
  • Coordinate, administer and communicate group benefit plans, governmental programs and payroll
  • Coordinate and administer On-going employee training, employee professional development and recognition and company communications
  • Communicate company policies and procedures through maintenance of employee handbook and Standard operating procedures Safety Upholds all Safety policies and Best Practices to ensure a safe working environment Attends annual safety training as well as scheduled safety meetings monthly
