Overall Purpose: Meets sales and service results through the training, coaching and guidance of national retailer sales employees.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for wireless and wired sales and service through contracted relationships with national retailers. Conducts role plays and mentors sales associates to ensure offers and or promotions initiated by accounts or company are executed effectively. Customizes and delivers training to fit the needs of each national retail account, manages the roll out of channel programs and tools and training. Works in partnership with national retailer location and its district management to meet mutual sales and execution objectives. Reviews business reports for trending and communicates findings to local national retail account management. Serves as a liaison between the retail store and company to identify and resolve issues.

Ability to clear a driver's license check, background check and drug test

Must be comfortable with the accountability of sales and a sales quota

One year of sales experience in a retail environment
Experience working in the telecommunications industry
Strong time management skills
Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with wireless terminology
Ability to interface with customers in Spanish & English is preferred.
