The French Bilingual Senior Customer Care Representative role is to provide superior customer service to current and prospective consumers through phone, e-mail and white mail communications. This person will analyze and resolve all consumer issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as enter consumer data and activity accurately into internal and client systems. Must be available to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Handle Consumer interactions in a timely fashion

Maintain a 100% Tier 1 Quality Goal

Take the initiative to o btain and consistently upgrade product knowledge

Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, computer skills, and data entry skills.

Respond to consumer inquiries on the telephone, through email and white mail

Resolve consumer product related issues using a consultitive approach

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consumer satisfaction

Utilize technology to create and retain consumer data and records

Participate in internal meetings

Estabilishes and develops positive relationships with clients and co-workers

A high school degree or general education degree (GED) is required; associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Two years customer service experience required. Must be fluent in French Canadian and English.


This position requires a working knowledge of computer technology that includes: Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, and Beginning Excel. Individuals in this position must possess the ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by Client and Alta Resources.
