We are looking to hire 25-30 Customer Service Representatives
with Call Center Experience who are Bilingual in Spanish

This position is for a large Sacramento Call Center
Located off of Madison and I-80 near North Highlands.
The start date will be Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 8:00 am with a base pay of $10/hour
This position will require a three stage interview/assessment process

To be considered for this opportunity, the following criteria MUST be met:

1. Candidates MUST have a flexible schedule and be open to a 20-40 hour week with the potential for evening and weekend work. Hours will consist of anywhere from 5am to 12 Midnight Monday-Sunday
2. Candidates must be able to Read, Write, and Speak Spanish/English fluently
3. Candidates must be comfortable with 100% Inbound calls for regular volume, reservation, order taking, lead capture, etc.
4. Candidates must have strong basic computer skills, i.e.; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
5. Candidates must have a high attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task
6. Candidates must be looking for a contract position
7. All Candidates must pass a Background Check
