DESCRIPTION

Title: Billing Administrator-Customer Care RepresentativeDepartment: AdministrationReports to: Service Billing SupervisorFLSA Status: Non-ExemptLocation: Columbia, MD

DUTIES

Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that customer invoices are correct and customer concerns are responded to and addressed promptly.Accurately enters credits into the OMD system within 24 hours of receiving approval.Determines which purchase orders need renewal and work on getting these renewals daily.Respond to customer inquires within 24 hours.Resond to internal and external emails within 2 hours of receipt.Analyzes and resolves customer billing issues such as wrong meter reads or cancellation of contracts that are communicated by one of the collectors, sales department, customer or leasing companies. Works with customers on Contract Changes, quote new contract prices and allowances based on customer usage and needsProcesses all adds and deletes of devices on Print Management Contracts.Process all paperwork for Pick Up of Service Contracts.Assist with any and all duties within Administrative department as requested.Other duties as assigned. Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Business preferred. 2-4+ years related experience is required. Experience in the office products or similar industry a plus.Must have excellent customer service skills, math skills and ability to solve problems with little to no errors.Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused is required.Strong organizational skills and ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
