The Billing Assistant position is responsible for processing, tracking and completing third-party invoices, issuing billing adjustments, maintaining daily logs of all transactions, performing data entry onto company’s software, and reconciling company credit card.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience. This position demands an organized muti-tasker who has good verbal and written skills, attention to detail, and a strong drive for excellence.
