Billing Coordinator - Large Enterprise Exp.
We have an immediate opportunity for a Billing Coordinator in the Sacramento, CA area. This position provides a variety of administrative and invoicing support to the operations departments.
Responsibilities and duties:
: Champions customer focused attitude for both internal and external customers
: Focuses on increasing customer satisfaction through good communication
: Uses key reports on a daily basis to maximize a healthy financial performance of the operations department
: Daily champions values (Integrity, Accountability, Excellence and Teamwork)
: Manages project files by reviewing for applicable documentation, signatures for uploading project to system
: Maintains extensive filing system and file daily
: Generates all contract invoices and related document
: Handles Dispute Management System.AR
: Customer interface and relationship development
: Completes all required billing documents required by contractors (knowledge of SOV's, AIA documents, warranty letters)
: Creates job folders and maintains master project file
: Maintains project lists
: Inventory management including transfers
Must have an Accounting degree and/or experience with construction billing. Ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment, a history of customer service and satisfaction. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Oracle based software + general PC knowledge is needed as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
