Our highly respected and profitable client company desires an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt or a person with a chemical engineering degree and background to train into a black belt status for their Tupelo, MS area location.

Black Belt candidates will complete a structured training/certification program provided by the company.
Each Black Belt will be assigned complex problem-solving tasks and follow the DMAIC process to solve them.
He/she will use various Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools to help determine key inputs that are affecting the outcome of a process in an effort to reduce variation or waste.
-Maintain, develop and facilitate LSS training curriculum for project.
-Facilitate monthly meetings and reports
-Assist with the development and delivery of design for LSS curriculum
-Work with business leaders to identify and develop the LSS knowledge and skills of individuals within their business groups
-Assist in business and corporate-wide LSS deployment activities such as project selection and training as required
-Demonstrate capability and experience of working with multiple corporate functions in the organization as key strategic focus changes
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Required)
-5 or more years of recent Lean Six Sigma experience in a manufacturing environment (Required)
-Black Belt Certification (Required)
-Must be capable of leading project teams and demonstrate capability when using MS Office, MS Project and Minitab software. (Required)
