Assist in completing financial data investor requests for limited partners, including recurring quarterly/annual requests as well as ad hoc requests
Maintain investor request database and track all respective communication
Assist in posting pertinent investor material, including capital call notices, distribution notices, capital statements, investor letters, and financial statements on Blackstone’s investor portal, BXAccess
Maintain investor contact information and permissioning on BXAccess
Assist with quarterly investment valuation models and preparation of valuation presentations, including valuation committee book material
Interface with members of the firm’s global real estate group, marketing department, accounting group, legal/compliance department and other groups within the firm
Ideal candidate would have a commitment to excellence in their work product, strong time management skills, and a desire to learn

- Accounting degree required
- 2+ years of financial services industry experience
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- The successful candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task, have superior communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, and a desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure to meet demanding deadlines in a fast paced environment
