This Branch Administrator will provide support to the Operations and Safety departments under the supervision of the branch manager.
Essential Duties :
Improve our service quality to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
Answer incoming calls to branch location
Process, organize, and maintain all safety and new hire paper work for the branch.
Works with Safety to ensure that proper documents are recorded for case files
Maintains and updates employee personnel files and safety matrix as needed
Maintains the DOT, Driver Qualifications and Training files
Set up and monitor all Safety Council activity for newly-hired employees
Other duties as assigned.
Two to five years of clerical experience that includes accounting and bookkeeping is required.
Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented, and have strong customer relations skills.
Must have ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines.
Computer background working with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Office a must.
Must have a high school diploma supplemented by college accounting and/or business courses is preferred.
Ability to sit and work in front of a computer for up to 8 hours a day. Ability to lift files and boxes greater than 5 lbs.
