Our Client is a leading provider of offering BAU /ENERGY solutions. They have an excellent opportunity for an Branch Manager for the Louisville KY office.

Duties Include:
Leads and manages the execution of sales and service operational activities for a single Branch location. May also oversee the sales and service operations for other locations/branches. Deploy and motivate staff to achieve sales, installation and/or service delivery activities. Assures that, at branch level, personnel appropriately leverage available resources; such as finance & business administration, procurement, human resources, legal, division resources and Field Operations. Engages and motivates sales, service operations and support functions in successful development, execution and results achievements. Develops and maintains personal contact with new and current major customers at the executive level to maximize opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibility for achievement of all divisions strategic and financial goals for the Branch. Contributes towards performance of Area business target agreements and plans including sales forecast, annual budget, profit plan, cost control, asset management plan and other financial deliverables based on division goals and objectives.
Foster profitable growth through definition and implementation of team-selling strategies that expand business with existing customers and/or penetrate new accounts.

Education:
BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.

Knowledge and Experience:
Demonstrates full understanding and application of management
10+ years in sales and operations management with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and direct personnel toward achievement of a common goal.
Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with customers, vendors and employees.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and manage the dynamics of a P&L.
