We are currently hiring for a Branch Manager at our new Idaho Falls branch. Each branch is staffed with a Manager, Assistant Manager, Financial Service Officers, and Member Service Specialists. Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operation of the branch in all areas. Be an active member of the community by volunteering on service organizations. Develop and coach all branch personnel to meet branch goals. Innovative marketing of the Credit Union services. Develop and grow branch through business development activities. Ability to make sound lending decisions. Maintain acceptable levels of insurance penetration and Game of Work Sales goals. Enthusiastic and motivational training on a weekly basis or more often if needed. Effective team member hiring, complete performance documentation and adequate training to meet the needs of each position. Actively involved in Memberology, the study of members. Upkeep and maintain physical facility.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Ability to work with other department supervisors. Ability to supervise all personnel within the branch. Ability to effectively work and communicate with Administration. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.

Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.) Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).
