Provides leadership and guidance by setting strategies in motion, delivering aftermarket growth and activity related to new service and parts sales. Manage customer support sales group through development of a team concept, providing vision and training opportunities to achieve goals and objectives. Hands-on involvement in key account development and support, leading through negotiations to obtain new customers. Responsible to develop compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids and other media. Explain features, benefits, and technical aspects of the product line and demonstrate expert knowledge of support services offered. Recommend new products and programs which guide the organization in maintaining and improving a competitive position and profitability through new vendor agreements. Keep upper management informed of competitive activities, monitor competition, and develop quarter sales specials to generate / maintain business stability and new sales.

Develop relationships with key customers and potential new accounts. Perform presentations for aftermarket service business.
Monitor success of team members through achievements made in these market areas.
Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Consult with Human Resources as appropriate.
Oversee team member expenses and travel plans. Establish attendance requirements for team members to participate at various trade shows and or company functions, trainings, meetings.
Work directly with Marketing group to develop marketing marterials. Develop presentations and media works for team members to utilize in their business activities.
Identify, recommend, and work with Parts Central personnel to liquidate old or obsolete inventory, through sourcing avenues, to sell such inventory.
Assist upper management with all special projects and business requirements as directed.
Travel as required to ensure business growth and new account activity.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned to meet business reporting requirements.

Basic Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree, or 5-8 years of experience may be acceptable in lieu of education, at manager's discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of equipment repair facility experience and/or related industry.
Minimum of 3 years management experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
Demonstrated ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-2 year time span
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
Technical skills in equipment repair processes, inventory management and estimating
Quoting RFQ’s, RFP’s, etc.
Strong customer orientation
Effective negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environmen

Strong computer skills; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience with database systems
