Responsible for field safety compliance, safety training/practices, OSHA compliance and conducting safety audits/job site inspections. Will work closely with Customer Safety Representatives and Customer Contract Coordinator to ensure adherence to Company's safety policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with HydroChem safety, environmental and operational policies/practices.
Conduct safety audits, job observations and incident / accident investigations.
Organize and conduct all safety and new hire training for the branch.
Interface with HydroChem customer safety professionals and Customer Contractor Coordinator.
Work turnarounds at customer sites day, night and weekends as needed.
Three (3) or more years of industrial safety experience, preferably in the industrial cleaning environment.
At least one of the following certifications: OHST, CSST, CHST, COSS.
Knowledge of company safety policies/procedures, industrial cleaning equipment and instant job hazard recognition.
High school diploma and at least one of the following certifications: OHST, CSST, CHST, COSS.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
Must be capable of working up to 16 hours per day.
Able to work in extreme climate conditions (heat index of 95 degree Fahrenheit or sub-zero weather conditions.)
Must be able to climb ladder and work from scaffolding and stationary platforms up to heights of 200 feet.
Industrial, Petro-chemical, office and plant
