We are currently looking for a part-time
to join our innovative, growing company.
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, product knowledge, advocacy, strong relationships and ultimately product sales at retail. Demonstrate a communication style that explains technology to retail sales associates, department managers and store managers on the features and benefits of our client's products and services PC software, gaming, and entertainment product lines.
The ability to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is important in achieving the goals of this program. Collecting and reporting on in-store training, in-store activities, competitive information as well as maintaining brand presence at retail through merchandising, display maintenance/cleanliness, POP and plan-o-gram compliance are important roles for the Brand Advocate.
The Brand Advocate will:
Understand the Gift Card Display and the customers who shop it.
Work closely with store managers and associates to inspire them to be enthusiastic about the Gift Card Mall.
Explain how gift cards and pre-paid reloadable cards directly benefit their customers.
Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel to achieve the goals of the team and our client.
Engage well with store personnel as well as customers and be passionate about executing all visit initiatives at store level.
Have the flexibility to meet change head-on without batting an eye.
Be an action-oriented leader who has an eye for details and be a true self-starter.
Lead and work across peer-level teams to support resets or large projects in your territory
Maintain working knowledge of all client products in order to be a subject matter expert.
Correct in-store merchandising issues as needed (display/product placement/pricing).
Retail merchandising experience (1+ years required); sales/relationship building experience also preferred.
Availability to work part-time in field (traveling to multiple store locations per day). Typical schedule includes normal business hours, Monday through Friday; evening and weekend hours are rare, but are possible. Seasonal weekend and holiday hours may be necessary.
Experience with lead team-based projects and execute resets preferred
Communicate with manager, reporting any issues, concerns and needs as well as responding to all e-mail and voicemail same day or within 12 hours.
Ability to manage schedule independently with direction from your manager on expectations; ensuring territory (approx. 150 locations) visits are covered per expectations.
Develop, implement, and maintain a business plan for the designated territory, driving measurable results for stores.
Available to complete on-line & in-person training as needed (overnight travel may be required for in-person training).
Must reside in a centrally-located area close to the assigned territory.
Reliable daily transportation to travel within your territory.
Must have a computer with internet/email access
Must be familiar with Windows Microsoft Office and Microsoft Streets and Trips or similar mapping/routing software
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours in a retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; read; talk and hear; count and perform basic mathematic functions; sort, organize and assemble things according to written instructions; regular lifting up to 25 lbs to move stock or displays to and from personal vehicle.
Auto Insurance Requirements:
All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.
