Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. located at Navy Pier in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Restaurant Front Manager to join their team!!!

The Front of the House Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff and maintaining a positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Must exhibit a hands-on, lead by example management style. Responsible for scheduling, and meeting or exceeding budgeted labor and other cost center expectations

Job Requirements

The candidate must have at least 2+ years of full service high volume Restaurant Management experience. Must have upbeat energetic "Can Do" attitude. Must be versed in writing schedules and meeting or beating budgeted labor cost through effective management. Must possess skills to motivate and develop staff.
