The USC School of Pharmacy Business Office is seeking a full-time Budget/Business Technician to process financial transactions and assist staff and faculty with their financial needs. The Budget/Business Technician will perform routine business transactions such as check requests, purchases and reimbursements as well as assist with Pcard allocations and reviewing eStatements, expense transfers and other functions in Kuali. Accounting background/experience preferred. Kuali experience required as well as acct reconciliation.
High school or equivalent
Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
Minimum Field of Expertise:
Directly related office financial experience to provide a knowledge of accounts payable, income and expense accounting and reconcilement, and budget preparation.
Related undergraduate study
Preferred Field of Expertise:
College coursework in business administration, accounting or related field and 1-2 years of directly related work experience.
Accounting background/experience preferred. Kuali experience required as well as acct reconciliation.
Experience with Kuali and eMarket is preferred.
