Minimum and Additional Requirements:
A high school diploma and custodial or grounds keeping experience directly related to the area of employment.
NOTE: THESE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ARE DESIRABLE, BUT NOT MANDATORY, FOR APPLICANTS TO BE CONSIDERED QUALIFIED FOR THE POSITION.
A high school diploma and six (6) years of institutional custodial experience, three (3) of which must have been in a supervisory position. Thorough knowledge of institutional custodial services programs. Thorough knowledge of methods and products used in antiseptic cleaning. Extensive knowledge of safety and fire prevention procedures. Ability to plan and implement institutional custodial programs, including training of personnel. Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
