Coordinates and completes all required maintenance and repair items in a corporate office setting, as required on time for the Store Support Center. Includes, various team member requests, cubicle, office, and conference room set ups, routine maintenance, and on-demand repairs.
*Participates in the completion of monthly routine and on demand tasks.
*Coordinates with outside contractors and service providers on the repairs and maintenance items.
*Conducts furniture, equipment and personnel moves on a regular basis.
* Identifies and responds to general maintenance, housekeeping, and safety needs as they arise. Provides emergency response when required including but not limited to roof leak, snow
removal, power and equipment failures. Responsible to respond and resolve escalated after hour emergency issues. Position will be on call to handle emergency issues after hours.
* Completes a variety of routine tasks including, trash, general repairs, meter readings, and the preventative maintenance of the fire suppression system. Documents completion of tasks.
* Completes office moves including furniture and system moves as required including fixture and furniture assembly and partition reconfiguration.
* Responsible to accurately track completion of all routine tasks. Includes use of various databases to manage information (Service Channel and other Microsoft software programs)
Minimum: High school diploma
Minimum: 2 years experience providing customer service and hands-on repairs in a professional environment.
Preferred: 5+ years experience providing customer service and hands-on repairs in a professional environment
Other Skills or Certifications:
*Hands on maintenance and repairs experience and capabilities including basic plumbing, and general repairs.
*Ability to lift greater than 50 lbs.
*Basic computer skills (email, internet, MS Word and Excel)
*Ability to complete minor repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to physical tasks required of
*Work in a professional manner when dealing with others
*Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
*Sense of urgency and support
*Adaptable and able to learn essential electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills.
