The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the scoping, ongoing administration, configuration and training on applications in BRG’s Force.com platform. The current Force.com applications being used are Chatter and Salesforce Enterprise. Other back-office functions such as, financial, accounting, project management, resource scheduling, and service cloud are on the roadmap to implement in late 2012/2013.
This role requires strong process discovery and management skills to work with various divisions and key stakeholders to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to the database.
§ Business Analysis (process Discovery and Management)
§ Meet with Key Stakeholders and Users to understand business requirements.
§ Design Solutions for System Changes and seek stakeholder approval.
§ Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement functionality or new applications and updates to existing applications
§ Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the Force.com platform to support additional business processes or functions
§ Manage outsourced Salesforce.com implementation partners as required such as PSA vendor and Financial Force.
§ Manage ongoing relationship with Salesforce.com
§ Use Business skills to identify key metrics and reports and develop solutions to create reports and analysis on data in system.
§ System Administration
§ Perform basic administration of BRG’s Salesforce.com instance and Sandbox
§ Make System Configuration Changes to fields and workflows in all Force.com applications (Salesforce, Chatter and PSA tool)
§ Design and make changes to reports and dashboards in Salesforce and PSA tool to meet business requirements Manage BRG’s Org's database of record, implemented on the Salesforce.com platform, for all users
§ Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures.
§ Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
§ Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
§ System Data Analysis and Governance
§ Ensure Accuracy of Data and reports by providing quality assurance checks on data
§ Work with Users to point out and correct data in systems
§ Manage and create forecast data for sales and revenue for Executive Management in CRM and PSA tools
§ Validate and test data used in all reporting
§ Training and Documentation
§ Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for database users, keep materials up-to-date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions worldwide
§ Develop and communicate a schedule for future database releases/enhancements
§ Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve
§ Assist users with report design and management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
§ 2-5 years’ experience with SFDC administration and implementation or another CRM tool.
§ Experience with PSA, Project Accounting and Resource Management Concepts.
§ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access for report generation and manipulation.
§ Mapping high level objectives into detailed plans and schedules.
§ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, including advanced negotiation skills.
§ Strong organizational skills.
§ Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
§ 1-3 years’ experience with data analysis.
§ Experience with data quality control and normalization.
§ Strong attention to detail and quality.
§ Full knowledge of Excel, Power point and Access.
§ Communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
§ Team-oriented but able to work autonomously
§ Ability to work well under pressure and maintain deadlines
§ Ability to perform Data manipulation and cleaning
§ Strong Reporting and Dashboard Management.
§ Understanding Integration scenarios and design.

§ 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce
§ 2+ years’ experience with PSA tools, OpenAir or Financial Force.
§ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, statistics, or mathematics, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
§ Experience with Structured Query Language and database design concepts.
§ Experience in Crystal Reports, Crystal Decisions, Business Objects or similar software.
§ Experience with Financial Analysis.
§ Education/Certification in Business Process Improvement (BPI) methodology such as Six Sigma.
§ Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification.
§ Development skills in HTML, Java and SQL.
§ Visualforce and Apex knowledge.
