Provide day-to-day support of Contract Manager (CM) processes and integrations between Legacy systems. Recommend, plan, execute, test, and document changes to the production environment. Identify opportunities to apply functional capabilities of the system to improve business processes, operational efficiencies, and information accuracy. Research, evaluate and recommend configuration or integration enhancements to improve the production business systems environment. Will act as IT Team Lead on larger scale CM implementation projects.
Responsible for the on-going support of the current Contract Manager (Project Management - Contract Billing, Project/Job Cost, Purchase Orders, Reporting) processes. Act as a "go-to" person for problem solving and troubleshooting
Team Lead for all new implementation initiatives (New projects, Mergers and Acquisitions, software upgrades, etc)
Construct required CM configuration solutions and/or system integration solutions
Conduct Integration Tests
Create, coordinate and deliver End-User Training
Create and maintain user access/security models
Support all system integrations or in-house developed systems that support the business' PM processes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Accounting
PMP certification preferred but not required.
Proven expertise in understanding project management principles. 2+ years experience in PM policies, procedures and operations preferred.
2+ years implementation and support experience with and/or other third-party project management solutions preferred.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Must have the ability to work with limited supervision.
Must be able to comfortably facilitate group discussions for business requirements definition, As-Is and To-Be application/process design, and gap resolution.
Must be able to travel as required (travel expectation: 5-10% of time)
