Position Responsibilities

SunGard Asset Management is currently looking for a Business Analyst / PreSales for Asset Arena 360 solution.

AssetArena 360 is an integrated solution covering all the Front Office Activities of an Asset Manager / Hedge Fund:
- Portfolio Management,
- Simulation,
- Reporting,
- Compliance,
- Performance,
- Risk and CRM.

The Business Analyst/Presales will be the leader in terms of ideas to fit our customer needs in the Hedge Funds area and improve our revenue. This means doing some Market Intelligence survey, participating to presales, meeting customers and gathering their business requirements.
The Business Analyst/Presales is the link between the Business and the R&D team and will be in charge of writing the Functional Specifications from the business requirement.
The position based in New York includes the following presales and business analyst roles on a daily basis:
o Meet prospects and understand their Business Requirements.
o Write Functional Specifications.
o Perform demos and workshops to present software capabilities (across US)
o Develop expertise on AA360 product and liaise with Product team to enrich the AA360 solution.

Position Requirements

The candidate will have at least 7 years experience.
The candidate will have a strong knowledge in the Hedge Fund and Asset Management area from both an end user perspective (Fund Managers, Operations…) and a software provider (Charles River, Eze..).
Being part of a small fast-growing team working with international centers and launching a new product, the candidate will need:
• To be a strong team player and able to work independently.
