As part of the Holcim, NASC, IT Business Enabling Services team reporting to the Manager, IT Finance, the incumbent is responsible for vendor relationships, leading the negotiation process for contracts, and accountable to assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of analytical reporting models and systems used to measure financial performance and value creation.

The Business Analyst will be accountable for monitoring, and recording software licenses and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts. This role will also assist with the development and implementation of procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.

Position Responsibilities: · Lead the contract negotiation and review process of the entire IT portfolio by working closely with Procurement and internal and external contacts, managers and leaders.
· Monitor and analyze trends in contractual agreements and performance, company spending and inventory control in order to make recommendations for the future, and to identify areas for possible savings to ensure that IT purchases support the organization’s business strategy
· Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications in accordance with licensing agreements.
· Assist in the design, development and implementation of analytical reporting models, processes relating to Vendor Management and Asset Management, including a continuous improvement model and vendor guidelines
· Support the organization’s budgeting process and monitor and analyze operating/financial performance.
· Maintain a catalog of preferred vendors for IT products and services and provide senior management with regular reporting regarding the health of the vendor portfolio.
· Compare warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts to assist with asset upkeep, upgrades, repair, and replacement.
· Compile and maintain inventory of company software and systems assets for the purpose of tracking their corresponding licenses and perform special assignments on an as required basis.

· Desire to learn various product lines including Cement, concrete, Aggregates and Construction.
Educational Criteria · A university or college degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.
