We XDuce Corporation are working directly with the client on eLearning and infrastructure initiative which will significantly impact client business in years to come. Our Client, a leading Clinical Research Organization based out of Central NJ is looking for Business Analyst with eLearning/ Learning Management Systems (LMS) / Online Education Experience.

Job Summary

The Business Analyst - eLearning / Online Education is responsible for designing and documenting operational work flows, managing and providing business process and technology solutions to ensure the integration of processes across the operational groups. Assist in ensuring the organization's operational efficacy and excellence by working with the different operational units in translating groups' business requirements to particular software requirements and/or procedural workflows.

Responsibilities:
: Collect and analyze business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to development team.
: Evaluate the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.
: Provide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client's business needs.
: Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides and functional specification documents.
: Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product's functional requirements such as screen, interface and GUI designs.
: Design and execute test scripts and test scenarios.
: Coordinate with the operational groups who test, validate and evaluate new applications and functions and determine issues in services and software.
: Manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
: Work across the operational groups to collect specifications for electronic form layout and validation rules/edit checks.
: Perform tasks associated with supporting users, maintaining the LMS configuration and user interface, monitoring system usage, functionality and user satisfaction.
: Design, develop and coordinate testing of electronic forms templates.
: Works with IT and Regulatory to develop, maintain and improve LMS processes and procedures.
: Configure and manage SaaS Learning Management System (LMS).
: Maintain and manage high level LMS troubleshooting and support issues.
: Create and/or maintain user accounts and batch import processes.
: Create and manage all online content, curriculum and certification offerings in the LMS.
: Address day to day LMS technical support user issues for Channel Partners, Customers and company personnel.
: Provide training for new users, supervisors, etc.

Education / Qualifications:
Degree in Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Training & Development or related discipline preferred.

Experience / Skills:
: 7 years' experience in a clinical environment (e.g. CRO, pharmaceutical company or other centralized service provider used in clinical studies) or the equivalent combination of education, skills and experience to perform the job.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical research field in an operational capacity using software applications to support business processes is desired.
: Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred. Experience with Cornerstone a plus.
: QA/QC or regulatory compliance experience.
: Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, Access and Power Point as well as Adobe and Visio and the ability to produce detailed reports and presentations using these tools.
: 2+ years' Learning Management System administrative experience in a corporate environment.
: Solid mathematical aptitude.
: Effective project management skills. Must have first-hand experience with all stages of the project life-cycle from requirements gathering to completion of project.
: Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
: Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
: Ability to think analytically and adept at problem solving.
: Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization as well as with external vendors.
