Business Analyst with PL/SQL, PowerBulider Jawood Management Associates -

Jawood has an immediate need for a Business Analyst for a long term, onsite assignment in New Brunswick, NJ.
This position will contribute to the delivery of high quality solutions, on time and on budget and will ensure that services are delivered per the requirements of the HR/Finance Business Partners for the ECM and GATE applications. They will be champions of good systems development and management processes as well as actively promote awareness and alignment with all compliance requirements.
Responsibilities will include system enhancements, managing change requests and working on the implementation of changes for all phases of the project from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment. The individual should be able to work independently or as part of a team under general supervision. They may assist in business process redesign and documentation if the need arises.

Strong skills in PowerBuilder 10 and Oracle PL/SQL.
Good communication skills written and verbal
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field - or equivalent work experience - are also required.
Experience in the area of compensation systems is also desirable.
