    The Professional Services Business Analyst role is to support the resale of Professional Services offerings, including enablers and Professional Services fees. This includes building the statement of work documents required in any customer engagement where enablers and/or Professional Services fees are provided. The Professional Services Business Analyst is responsible for the correct specification defined in the statement of work document. The Professional Services Systems Analysts is responsible for the integration and ongoing support of Professional Services offerings.

    •DocuWare Solutions pre-sales assistance (help develop/write/deliver the solutions Scope of Work "SOW") for the Denver and surrounding marketplace.
    •Position will support DocuWare Sales as required within other areas of the Region
    •Project Management skills will be necessary to execute the DocuWare implementation
    •Promote additional functionality modules and professional service time
    •Assist with Solution product strategy via technical input and participate in the launch of those products as requested by management
    •Deliver and execute the Scope of Work
    •Other related duties as requested by management


    Bachelor’s degree or related professional experience
    Network Certifications

    CDIA, AIIM ECM certification preferred but not required

    3 -5 years business to business support experience

    Excellent oral and written communication skills
