Due to this growth, we are looking for a individual who can be a leader in our Staffing Division for our Rockville Maryland branch to help it reach new levels. This Sales/Recruitment Staffing Manager position will be a leader who will motivate and lead staff as well as perform hands-on sales and recruitment to help grow the practice. This Sales/Recruiting Manager position will also involve business development, both from our established clients as well as developing new relationships and driving new business.
This Sales/Recruitment Staffing Manager will be working with clients, both Federal and Commercial, to evaluate their project/staffing needs, from a staffing perspective and work with decision makers to qualify the technical skills required to accomplish their goals. This position will then work with our internal recruiters to identify suitable candidates to meet their needs and coordinate the process the whole way through. We have existing contracts in place with a number of large organizations in the Baltimore/Washington DC Metro area and would like this candidate to help foster those relationships as well as prospect for new clients where our services will be helpful. This candidate will have the ability to capitalize on our existing client base but will also be encouraged to develop their own clients and grow their own book of business. This is a very client facing role so understanding and excellent communication skills are essential.
We are also looking for someone that will grow with our company so as this division expands we are looking for this person to move into additional leadership roles as well.

Job Requirements Requirements: 5+ Years of professional staffing experience preferably in a Sales or Business Development role. 3+ Years as a Senior Account Manager or similar role. 3+ Years as a Supervisor or Manager. Excellent communications skills The ability to understand clients' technical requirements and the ability to relay the information to other team members A Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience is required.
