Business Unit

This job directs the management of major functions, product line, business process, and/or external relationships, which hold strategic and tactical value to KT’s success and direction in its business goals and corporate values.

Responsibilities

Developing strategies with the respective division and field business units in support of KT’s objectives and direction; support in synchronizing resources to align with business requirements. Developing and ensuring the accomplishment of goals and objectives and ensuring activities are supportive of KT’s strategic direction. Responsible for complimentary support of field management making peers aware of company policies. Providing effective leadership coaches and manages within the framework of KT values Ensures alignment of strategies, goals, objectives, processes, and activities between Div and business Units Provides direction to ensure cross functional and cross regional alignment Provide leadership in risk/reward business decisions both near term and long term Align diverse groups across the company on strategic tactical and commercial strategies Develops, enhances, effective partnerships with business leaders within and outside of KT ( EC,OC,TC) Supports effective channel structures to meet business needs Disseminates, and supports improvements in critical business processes Regularly interacts internally with regional GM’s, BU management and externally with Key customers. Customer/Account management experience - large (50M) and small (3-4 M). Strong sales strategy development and tactical execution skills. Strong background in technical field is desired. Ability to work well with cross functional teams. Strong focus on results and sense of urgency. Customer domain knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

10 years of Product Sales / Marketing and/or Applications experience in Semi Cap Equipment BS degree (MS preferred)-- > technical depth MBA a plus Strong business acumen and technical selling skills Excellent communication skills Proven ability in achieving objectives in the face of adversity

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 7 years of experience.OR Master's Level Degree with at least 6 years of experience .
