The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new international clients for GIM business unit across verticals and in the central/south of the United States (Mid-West Focus) . As part of an entrepreneurial environment at Zensar, the Sr Sales Executive must successfully generate leads and manage all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closure and post-sale account management transition to delivery.
Specifically, the Sr Sales Executive will be responsible for:
R esponsible for bringing in new GIM Outsourcing clients and revenue, (along with the practices organization) for expanding Zensar’s client base across this region.
Taking a strong role in managing new business opportunities with a focus on hybrid IT infrastructure outsourcing solutions.
Serving as a dedicated strategic partner to client(s) with overall responsibility for client relationship, account vision/planning, revenue growth and account profitability.
Leveraging and managing alliances/partnerships to offer enhanced value to the client.
Communicating effectively with cross-functional groups and building strategic relationships with client teams to further penetrate existing clients and develop new business based on credible relationships with top executives.
Understand the technology and Offshore Outsourcing platforms to craft solutions (w/ pre-sales teams) to match customer needs.
The candidate will have a minimum ten years professional experience with at least seven years’ experience in IT outsourcing and at least three years in selling IMS.
This experience should preferably come from a highly respected consulting/advisory or IT/Outsourcing services firm.
The Sr Sales Executive must have proven success selling and managing large scale, complex global services based outsourcing programs.
Substantial CIO and/or VP Operations/Management relationships.
Referenced credibility as a top consultant with CXO/VP level executives at multi- billion dollar companies.
Referenced as a “top producing partner” in his/her firm’s comparable practice area.
Seasoned sales executive, who has handled a significant pipeline strong entrepreneurial drive, thrives on business development.
Highly self-motivated and can perform without appreciable direction.
Develops a “following”, both within his/her firm and in the industry client community
