IRIS is looking for a Business Development Manager to work in our Edison, NJ Office and also to work in our New York office. What's great about this job opportunity is that we offer a great Base salary + commissions. You will get the chance to develop new business of Fortune 500 accounts. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and building client relationships to obtain significant IT professional service needs in tri-state area.

Responsibilities :
New Business Development for Professional Services Experience as a “Hunter" and responsible for targeting new IT projects in professional services at Mid to Large businesses and Fortune 500 clientele. Individuals should have a strong knowledge of staffing and technology initiatives Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner You will be given the opportunity to show your knowledge and skill set as a business consultant Experience of presenting to ‘ C level’ executives of organizations and preparing formal proposals Identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of new clients and prospects that is aligned to the business opportunity in the market Conducting presentations, leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure Experience in selling staffing services through effective cold calling and in-person visits Foster a consultative relationship and increased business with clients Responsible for successfully selling Iris’ professional services in NJ / NY market to targeted accounts Should have previously met and exceeded weekly, monthly and quarterly goals Must be responsive to the customers needs and follow through on all aspects of request, both written and verbal


5+ years with 2-3 years in service sales.
Selling services in IT and related areas (Hardware/Software companies).
Professional selling experience in staffing industry or a related IT service industry. Strong experience in Microsoft office. (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
Bachelor’s Degree. MBA is a plus.
