Job Description

This field position is responsible for developing additional business in the US through customer contact, vendor relationships and identification of bid/contract opportunities. Responsibilities include new business development, extensive partnering with vendors, existing customer visits, sales presentations to current and potential customers and trade show attendance. This position will also partner with Account Managers in the region regarding business opportunities. This will be a remote based position focusing on national accounts.

  • Five years of field sales experience
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable calling on all levels of the organization
  • Ability to orchestrate technical resources and proposals
  • Knowledge of major vendor and product lines
  • Successful track record in partnering with Account Managers to qualify new opportunities and revenue streams
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • MS Office skills
