Summary

Achieve net sales growth objectives for Wal-Mart International by:

Work in alignment to support the Wal-Mart AEMEA (Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa)or Americas sales plan; directly responsible for analyzing, maintaining, tracking POS budgets, Hershey’s gross invoice sales, trade budgets, forecasts, and financial measurements

Measure performance on a monthly basis; ensuring all objectives are met; build & communicate the monthly Joint Business Plan scorecard for Wal-Mart International & Hershey’s Wal-Mart markets

Create global category management & customer sales support for Wal-Mart international & Hershey

Work with all of Wal-Mart’s AEMEA or Americas divisions, across all key markets and banners, in partnership with the Director of Wal-Mart International

Develop, and manage a broad range of support material and tools needed to achieve an accelerated growth model within Wal-Mart international

Work closely with Hershey’s international quality regulatory team & customer service team to ensure the required information is developed and provided for each Wal-Mart country to activate Hershey’s brand plans

Directly work with Wal-Mart AEMEA or Americas in-country key decision makers, Wal-Mart corporate supplier development team, and in-country CSE’S/Team Leads.

Responsibilities

Supporting the development of Hershey’s business at Wal-Mart in International markets:

Support Hershey’s annual quarterly and monthly sales objectives for Wal-Mart International

Analyze , maintain, and track; POS budgets, Hershey’s gross invoice sales, trade budgets, forecasts, and financial measurements across all Wal-Mart countries

Measure performance on a monthly basis; ensuring all objectives are met; build & communicate the monthly Joint Business Plan scorecard for Wal-Mart International & Hershey’s Wal-Mart markets

Work closely with Hershey’s international quality regulatory team & customer service team to ensure the required information is provided for each Wal-Mart country to activate Hershey’s brand plans

Support Hershey’s endeavor to develop a winning Sales organization in key International markets by providing key category & technical support across all Wal-Mart markets

Work with the Customer Sales Executives, Team Leads, and the Director of Wal-Mart International to help Sales teams on the ground with understanding and analyzing customer accounts

Help with the sales team’s toolbox to drive business and achieve excellence in execution

Achieve gross / net sales plans, appropriate profit contribution as well as market share targets for assigned customer(s) through creating, selling, executing and communicating annual customer business plans. Manage and allocate trade funds (maintaining compliance with all Sarbanes Oxley policies) to achieve profitable sales growth.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA Preferred

Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in sales, category management, marketing, finance, operations and Consumer Products Group company
