PFP is seeking a Business Development Support Specialist to work with our credit union employer groups. Do you want to be part of a growing department in a growing insurance company? We’re looking for a highly self-motivated, detail oriented, multi-tasker to schedule insurance enrollment appointments for our sales reps, strengthen relationships with our credit union partners & their employer groups, support our Business Development Support Team and to help create new strategies for increasing our sales representative productivity.
Support the business development staff in the preparation and set up of offsite/SEG (select employer group) enrollments (order posters and payroll stuffers, email announcements prepared from our partner Security Mutual Life Insurance Company.).
Make 50+ calls per day to schedule 60 to 100 appointments per month.
Create using our CRM database & communicate (using Microsoft Outlook) sales representative schedules to regional management and our credit union partners.
Coordinate the setup, preparation & marketing (using MS Word & MS
PowerPoint) of appointments.
Track marketing & production results and generate monthly reports for management and our credit union partners.
Distribute schedule information to sales representatives, regional
managers, credit unions. Maintain relationships with all of these and enhance
Research through the internet additional work locations for our select employer groups.
Produce $50,000 - $100,000 or more from sales at the sites that you schedule!
We need a positive , strategic partner with work experience to grow with us as we expand into new regions, add credit union partners and service their employer groups.Some college coursework helpful but experience considered as well. Above average computer skills recommended.
