Builds long term strategic relationships with name and vertical business alliance partners. Manages a professional staff. Responsible for managing partner relationships and a business development staff. Manage the integration of partners with Oracle sales and marketing.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans in one or more of the following areas: partnering strategy, channel development, field level integration, sales training, and partner education. Responsible for assigned key strategic partner accounts. Assist with customer presentations and sales support. Working with partners, define, develop, and execute business development opportunities that will result in substantial market perception and/or revenue for Oracle.

Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. 7 years business development activities in the technology industry to include significant time within software industry. Proven ability to take high level objectives, identify strategy and deliver desired results.

Strong technical understanding of current IT trends for platform technology industry. Ability to work with senior level executives. Prior engineering and/or software architect preferred.
