First line and hands on business reporting analyst within the Interiors Business Process/SAP support organization. Responsible for developing reporting solutions for complex business problems. Business Intelligence analysts could focus in any of the following areas:
Supply Chain (SCM)
Operations (OPS)
Customer Relations Management (CRM)
Finance (FICO)
Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
The Business Intelligence Analyst will:
Gather and assess detailed business requirements for operational, analytic and executive reporting
Design, develop and support business intelligence solutions
Apply proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills to maximize the application of reporting tools at Interiors
Provide internal training and technical assistance as required to develop new and existing Super Users within Interiors
Develop, standardize, & maintain Standard Job Instructions (SJIs) as well as end user training to support Interiors value stream and shared service departments
Perform system regression testing for new releases or upgrades to SAP/reporting solutions
Research solution alternatives and collaborate on cross-Company objectives
Facilitate reporting requirements with special initiatives in support of business objectives (i.e. new plants, organizational changes, new products, etc.)
Participate in ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) initiatives and support events as events as required
Perform other duties as assigned

College Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related discipline, and/or equivalent years of position-related experience Two+ years of experience in the field, or related
Strong business analysis skills and the ability to solve complex business problems by using information technology and business intelligence software
Demonstrated skills in creative thinking, problem solving and decision-making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be deadline- and project-oriented with strong organizational skills, in addition to having the ability to multi-task
Demonstrate an understanding of how the tools and techniques of the Business Intelligence application areas are applied to the business process to provide effective reporting
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
Strong project, organizational, presentation, and writing skills
Demonstrated ability to function as a member of a geographically diverse team
Action-oriented and strong attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong Personal Computer skills in Microsoft applications
Successful candidate must meet all ITAR requirements
Additional preferred experience/qualifications:
Expert-level Excel skills
Relevant business experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Relations Management, Finance or MRO
Experience with BEx Analyzer, BEx Query Designer, BEx Workbook design
Experience with Business Objects Dev (WEBI), BO DEV (Crystal), BO Dev (Analysis)
ACE Associate
