JP Morgan Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) Business:
JPM launched its ETF business in 2013 to complement our existing mutual fund franchise with a robust range of ETF products. This entrepreneurial team is building ETF capabilities from the ground up with the ultimate goal to establish JPM as a global leader in one of the fastest-growing and dynamic segments of asset management.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Support Product Development, Distribution, Capital Markets and Systems Development teams in a broad range of projects.
Execute analysis and research to define the group’s business strategy (e.g. market sizing, competitive analysis, etc)
Support complex projects involving senior leaders across many parts of JPM, including IM, PB, and the IB
Help coordinate new product design and development, working cross-functionally with portfolio managers, legal, compliance, marketing, operations, etc.
Develop senior management presentations to ETF Steering Committee, AM executives, and external audiences
Provide targeted sales and marketing support to wholesalers and capital markets desks
The Business Management Analyst must be able to:
Work independently, possessing energy and confidence to complete projects with limited supervision
Take initiative and develop creative solutions for solving problems
Interact and communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of management, including executive management of the firm
Prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, and have strong attention to detail
Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize and interpret information
Coordinate various data and information into effective messaging that resonates with internal employees
Work successfully and efficiently in a team based environment
Utilize judgment and discretion in working with highly confidential information
Leverage solid interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
Series 7 & 63 registered
Hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of a 3.2 overall GPA
