The right candidate will have a degree in Finance / Human Resources or related field and 2-4 years experience in a lead role. He or she will be proficient with ADP, comfortable managing HR and also the ability to operate a solid business office.We would like a candidate that is able to oversee payroll, benefits, orientation and training as well as billing, AR and AP.Were seeking someone with outstanding management and problem solving skills who is a true leader and an excellent communicator. Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related field
2-4 years experience in a lead Human Resource roll
SHERM preferred
Experienced and proficient with ADP
Experience with payroll and benefit administration
