Oversees the day-to-day management of the agency billing activities and the management of office supplies and equipment. Responsible for design and implementation of the agency information system, which supports patient/family records. Design and develop procedures for timely and appropriate record keeping, billing, data management, statistical analysis and information system reports. Supports the Provider Relations activities of the organization

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required. Business degree, Accounting degree or certificate preferred. Equivalent work experience may be substituted
* Previous health care related billing experience preferred
* Minimum 5 years' accounting or record keeping experience in a medical setting desirable
* Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

Preferred Qualifications * Possess computer skills necessary for data management and electronic billing
* Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid specific programs
* Knowledge of methods, practices and terminology used in medical, financial, and statistical work
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
* Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with residents, families and other employees at all levels
