Human Services, Division
of Family and Children Services (DFCS), Business Operations
Specialist/Hosted Integrated Contact Service (HICS) Coordinator
in downtown Atlanta.

Under general supervision, the Business Operations Specialist /HICS
Coordinator will be a core member of the Business Operation Planning
(BOP) planning team. This position has the primary responsibility
of developing an OFI Call Center for client general inquires and client
interviews. Additional duties include, but are not limited to participate
in team activities; manage users (add, change, and delete); maintain
data base; maintain reports, train staff, liaise with Office of Communications,
liaise with local county facilities on telephone issues with escalation
to BOP BAS; watch real time statistics for One Georgia Call Center
performance and level one support for all One Georgia Call Center
activities; maintain training materials and agent sheets; participate
in marketing and education related to the One Georgia Call Center;
coordinate with DFCS and DHS call center management to develop policies
and procedures for the One Georgia Call Center.

Note:
The Business Operations Specialist /HICS Coordinator will maintain
close and routine interactions with various agency and/or community
partners. As such excellent corporate communication skills (demeanor/dress,
verbal, written) and a professional image are prerequisites .

Qualifications

Call Center supervisory experience is REQUIRED

Our candidate will have a
Bachelors degree in Business Administration and 4 years call center
supervisory experience

or

A Masters degree and 2 years call center supervisory experience

or

8 years call center experience of which 4 were in a supervisory position

Candidates invited to interview must be prepared to demonstrate competencies

in the following areas:
Interpretation of call center data

Creating and managing databases

Excellent corporate communication skills and the ability to
communicate effectively with various levels of staff, service
providers, community groups, and families
