Business Ops Graduate Intern
Job Description: Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are exempt non-technical in nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job.
In this position, you will be providing business operations and program management support for Employee Integration & Growth Program Managers in the Visual & Parallel Computing Group (VPG). Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Support responsibilities for projects, communications, tracking of data, analysis, hiring and integration support, event planning, team support. Position may involve web development and media communications.
You should possess relevant education MS or MBA to perform support work for multiple projects. You should demonstrate self-initiative, teamwork, customer service and strong, positive communication skills. Additional qualifications include:
- Ability to own, manage and complete projects
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and respond in a fast paced environment
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer responsiveness and follow-through skills
- Webpage creation
- Management skills
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated application of Outlook*, SharePoint* (WSS*) maintenance, Word*, PowerPoint*, and Excel*
- Proficient in LiveMeeting, MS Communicator
