Business Sales and Support
Business Sales Field Account Executive
The successful candidate will sell FedEx transportation services to potential and existing business customers within a geographically defined territory.
Some of the specific duties are to:
May have special markets or complex product lines that require advanced knowledge and advanced customer relationship skills.
- Efficiently leverage sales call channels to develop new business, maintain and deepen existing customer relationships, and shorten the sales process.
- Focus is on achieving personal sales targets and market goals within the small customer segment.
- Engage customers and develop value propositions that meet their needs, increase volume from existing customers, identify and acquire volume from new customers, and manage implementation through effective customer education.
Our Sales professionals are self-motivated, driven and possess strong time management skills as well as strong verbal/negotiation skills.
Domicile Location: Brooklyn, NY
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. One year business to business sales experience in any industry (inside and outside sales combined) required. The preferred candidate has additional business-to-business sales experience through which the following key success factors have been developed: sales skills, communication, influence & negotiation, problem solving, and planning & organizing skills. Overnight travel required.
