The Business Support Specialist (Associate Business Services Technician) position is entry level with a training program to support career path advancement in place within the first year.
This position supports the cost management and internal controls for multiple Wind Energy companies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are required.
This is a fast-paced position with monthly, weekly and daily functions.
Weekly and monthly functions include cost tracking, variance reporting, accounting reporting, DOE reporting, forecasting, and analysis of inventory counts.
Daily functions include troubleshooting invoices and other issues, entering receipts, issues, and orders for goods and services in SAP, invoice processing and other duties as assigned.
Speed and accuracy are required to be successful.
Some paid overtime is required during the month-end reporting and forecasting period, and may also be required to cover other companies or special initiatives.
AA or BA in Accounting or Business preferred.
High Scool Diploma or GED required.
0-2 years relevant duties and experience experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of work is required.
The successful candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills.
MS Office experience required.
