The Apple Store for Business (ASFB) Support Specialist works under aggressive time commitments to handle complex support issues and customer satisfaction for Apple's customers. ASFB Business Support Specialist ensures that escalated customer issues are responded to within a set service level agreement time, develops creative solutions to complex customer problems, identifies and escalates emerging customer issues, and submits feedback on the customer-handling process. ASFB Business Support Specialist also identifies opportunities for operational improvements and suggests service improvement strategies/tactics. This role may include Order Entry and Order Maintenance duties for Apple Store for Business.

The Apple Store For Business Support Specialist has a wide range of responsibilities focused on fulfilling the business customers expectations and or notifying them of changes, alerting superiors to any slowdowns in delivering the customer service, and improving the overall customer service experience
