The Department of Alcoholic and Beverage Control's Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) is growing and is seeking highly motivated experienced professionals.

Minimum Qualifications
(BSA Role):

Proactively Collaborates with Product Owner to ensure successful implementations align with business processes.

Create and groom the backlogs related to the project with Product Owner.

Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs and compiles those findings into system requirements. Document appropriate information in JTC related to user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed requirements.

Conduct joint application design sessions for identifying and specifying logical system design requirements.

Develop and interpret data flow diagrams, document business processes in a data flow diagrams.

Articulate and document user system requirements in an organized manner that can be understood by functional and technical staff.

Make recommendations on decisions related to screen flows, process flow and reporting needs.

Assist product owners with UAT Test cases.

May perform other duties as required.

Scrum Master Role:

Ensure Scrum team members are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. Help remove impediments and empower teams to self-organize.

Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint/Release Planning, Daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Review Meetings, Sprint Retrospective Meetings, Risk Sessions and other related meetings as required. Document appropriate information in JTC.

Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress, budget and additional measurements as required. Document appropriate information in JTC.

Work with Project Managers to recommend improvements and assist in changes for best practices.

Assists PM with Identifying dependencies with internal or external teams.

May perform other duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree or higher.

Related Certifications.

Agile Experience.

Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
